Pastel de carne


Está muy bueno y no engorda tanto como otros , aunke la foto se ve fatal..
250 gr de carne picada de pollo
200 gr de carne de ternera picada
100 gr de jamon de york o de pavo
2 huevos
2 rebanadas de pan de molde
1 chorrito de vino blanco
Margarina Nuez moscada
1 pizca de canela en polvo
Sal y pimienta

Triturar el jamón de York y mezclarlo con las carnes. Aparte, triturar el pan con los huevos batidos el vino y las especias y mezclar con las carnes. Si lo dejais m,acerar tapado en la nevera 1 dia mucho mejor asi la carne se impregna bien. Untar un molde con la margarina, y meter la mezcla de carnes, cocinar en el microondas al 75% de potencia 15 minutos, cuando este codido, recubrir con film y prensar hasta que se enfrie. Yo porque para la dieta me viene mal, pero yo lo rellenaria de jamon y queso por dentro, es decir una capa de carne picada, una parte de jamon serrano y queso y otra capa de carne, creo que asi deberia estar muy bueno tambien.
